Client’s Brief:
Want to add a Master Bedroom, ensuite, walk-in robe (WIR) and a better dining room with good connection to the terrace and swimming pool.

Solution:
Square off the kitchen and dining room area for better flow, add large doors opening to the terrace area, add stair/seating combination to connect everything together. Add new MBR, ensuite and WIR above the kitchen and dining area once squared off.
