Project Description

Client’s Brief:
Revamp the kitchen which is very dark and old. Create a more private area in kitchen/dining from the teenage boys’ games room currently open to the kitchen. Create a more open space from kitchen to dining area while improving the flow between indoor and balcony.

Solution:
Remove walls from kitchen to dining, increase the size of the balcony (by 2.5 meters), change its balustrade, install large sliding doors to balcony, close off the games room from kitchen resulting in a much more modern and brighter kitchen and dining area. The increased size of the balcony now really capitalises on the commanding bush and sea views.
