Client’s Brief:
Easier access to the house, replace carport with a garage, new kitchen in open space style, more indoor/outdoor flow, new bathrooms, new deck with spa pool.

Solution:
Add a double garage in the front of the home with direct access to a new laundry/pantry/kitchen, the idea being: park the car, unload the groceries and go straight to the pantry and kitchen. Open up to the outside with large sliding doors, remove walls, renovate bathrooms, add a self contained area with kitchenette and bathroom for guests, work on the deck to include a sunken spa pool.
