Client’s Brief:
Take the existing 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick home and turn it into a large modern 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home with a double garage that would take full advantage of the commanding water and city skyline views from a second storey addition.


Create an “upside down home”, increase the ground floor footprint by 50% to include a new double garage, 3 large bedrooms, a rumpus room and 2 bathrooms. Add a second storey with large parent’s retreat, home office, open plan dining, living and kitchen leading to a 60 square meter entertaining deck, all with commanding views to Manly and Sydney’s CBD.
