Client’s Brief:
We would like to turn our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom 110 square meter home into a space that will suit our family (parents with 3 teenage boys).

Solution:
Reconfigure existing ground floor from 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, living to 4br’s, home office, bathroom, laundry and rumpus room. Add a new first floor with parents bedroom, Ensuite, Walk-in-Robe and large open plan kitchen, dining and living with winter and summer decks.
