Client’s Brief:
Give our house a street presence and add a home office, Master Bedroom and ensuite and if possible find some way to give us lots of storage.

Solution:
Add 70 square meters to the front left side of existing house incorporating a new MRB and office, turn 1 existing bedroom into the ensuite and reposition the internal staircase adjacent to the ensuite. Add a bedroom and rumpus room to the lower ground floor. Re design the roof to add the street presence and include 8×3 meter roof storage with 2 meter head height.
